PN 080242 Kwajalein Medical Clinic, Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands The primary purpose of this design-bid-build construction project is to update, replace and consolidate the existing deteriorating and undersized 69-year-old medical care facilities at U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll (USAG KA). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is engaged in the design and construction of a new stand-alone building which will replace the existing Medical Center (Building 603) and incorporate the Health Clinic (Building 566) and Lab/Radiology (Building 699) functions. Per DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of this project is between $25 million and $100 million. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are available. This acquisition is being solicited for full and open competition, on an unrestricted basis. A site visit is scheduled on Wednesday, 12 July 2023, at 10:00 A.M., Kwajalein Time. Participants will meet at the USACE Kwajalein Area Office building. A pre-proposal conference will commence promptly at 10:00 A.M., followed by a safety brief and a guided tour of the project site. 1.
