Conversion of an existing office building in the area of the University of Miskolc and construction of an apartment building as part of this Design of an apartment house Conversion of an existing office building into accommodation (27 apartments and 29 bathrooms on a net floor area of 1455 m2). THE demolition of the existing 1, 631 m² of stone facade cladding and removal of the old, 2.5-centimeter-thick plaster on a total of 1, 866 m². The facade walls are equipped with a thermal insulation system: 15 cm thick, plasterable two-layer stone wool sheet in an amount of 1735 m². THE surface-forming plaster to seal thermal insulation systems on 1, 735 m² with the installation of glass mesh. Extruded polystyrene foam insulation board with a roughened surface for the creation of window frames in a quantity of 545 m².
