Purchased design and project execution supervision services: prepare project documentation - project of management works and simplified project (SP), providing necessary solutions, and prepare documents required for contract works (drawings, technical specifications, bills of quantities, estimate documentation) and (where applicable) organize tuning/permissions. Quality requirements: solutions must be minimally invasive, adapted to the existing terrain, preserve valuable properties (without changing the essence of the historical terrain, protecting the archaeological cultural layer), and the solutions must be chosen without violating the requirements of Natura 2000 (when planning the site outside the habitats). Applied archaeological studies are purchased separately, but the Designer prepares the material necessary for their purchase (zones plans, preliminary scope, technical specification/task).
