Przedmiotem zamwienia jest wykonanie robt remontowe w budynku Szkoy Podstawowej w Tokarni na dziace nr ewid. 718, obr. surveyor 0016 Tokarnia, Chciny commune. Zadanie obejmuje:- wymian posadzek pomieszcze parteru, poczon z wykonaniem dodatkowej izolacji termicznej and moisture-proofing, - replacement of floors in the basement rooms combined with additional moisture-proof insulation and painting of the rooms, - elimination of potential leaks in the floor layers in the basement and ground floor rooms, - improvement ventilation of school rooms. The aim of the renovation works is to protect the school building rooms against infiltration of radon, a colorless and odorless gas formed in the upper layers of soil as a result of the radioactive decay of radium particles. Scope the works provided for in the subject of the order include in particular: - demolition of the existing terrace located at the external longitudinal wall on the northern side of the building (western part of the external wall) along with filling in the discontinuities of the existing wall external (including existing wall cladding) of the building in the area of ​​the dismantled terrace, reconstruction of the development...
