The construction site is sandblasting wreath warehouse, which is implemented as a non-thermally insulated hall with high plinths. The hall must be able to store 1500 m3 of wreaths. The site is located in the city's depot area, which is in normal use for the duration of the contract. The contractor must take this into account in its construction site arrangements. The hall delivery includes the design and implementation of the foundation and plinth as well as the hall building. The site's earthworks will be carried out by the customer. It is the hall supplier's responsibility to prepare the building permit drawings as well as others required by the permit plans and calculations, including implementation plans. Hall delivery is performed as the main contract. The contractor is responsible for the design, delivery and installation of the sandblasting wreath storage at the construction site. The contractor works in the project in accordance with legislation and YSE 1998 terms and conditions (section 4 subsection 2) as the main contractor and is responsible for site services. The contract is implemented as a fixed-price total contract and the main contractor is the hall supplier. The contract must be completed and received in its entirety by November 30, 2026. Documents
