The San Lorenzo Ruiz General Hospital (SLRGH), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos only (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF LPG PIPELINE SYSTEM, ELECTRONIC LEAK DETECTION (ELD) SYSTEM AND TANK FARM FOR SAN LORENZO RUIZ GENERAL HOSPITAL (SLRGH IB 2026-023). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
