"DESIGN AND INFRASTRUCTURE" UNDER THE PROJECT "CONSTRUCTION OF ERTMS/GSM-R SYSTEM INFRASTRUCTURE ON PKP PLK S.A. RAILWAY LINES UNDER NPW ERTMS - PHASE II" [1] The subject of the Order is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the comprehensive construction of facilities radiocommunication facilities, radiocommunication and regenerator facilities, and for the comprehensive construction of cable ducting with an optocommunication cable and/or for the completion of previously commenced works. The comprehensive construction of the facility includes the following: elements: 1) obtaining a site in the field for the location of the facility; 2) preparation and approval of all documentation; 3) obtaining the required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary to implement the subject of the order; 4)construction facility (including equipment: accompanying system, teletransmission system); 5) construction of a fiber optic connection; 6) construction of an energy connection; 7)conducting necessary tests; 8) preparation of as-built documentation; 9) completion of the whole works confirmed by Final Acceptance; 10) obtaining an occupancy permit. The subject of the Executive Order may be all of the Works listed above, or part of these Works.
