Tender Details

This contract concerns the renovation and increase in capacity of the four biological treatment units.

Each treatment unit is made up of existing structures:

_ A primary decanter;

_ Aeration structures;

_ A clarifier ;

_ Of a sludge recirculation and extraction of excess sludge.

_ Technical rooms including HV-TURBO aeration turbochargers and electrical rooms.

The capacities of the different stages of biological treatment are as follows:

_ Peak hourly flow _ Primary treatment: 18, 000 m³/h

_ Point hourly flowte _ Biological treatment: 12, 000 m³/h

The desired performances are framed according to two performance levels:

_ MINIMUM LEVEL: Increase in the hydraulic capacity of the biological treatment to 14, 000 m3/h in peak dry weather (i.e. 3, 500 m3/h/unit) and increase in thetreated load in BOD5 / COD and MES of 20% compared to the current situation;

_ OPTIMUM LEVEL: Increase in the hydraulic capacity of biological treatment to 16, 000 m3/h in peak dry weather (i.e. 4, 000 m3/ h/unit) and increase in the treated load in BOD5 / COD and MES by 35% compared to the current situation;

Work carried out on an operating site with a phasing of the works.

The public contract / framework agreement with purchase orders includes:
