Description : The International Labour Office (hereinafter the "ILO") is pleased to invite your company to submit a Proposal for the provision of the Design and Implementation of a Public Awareness Campaign on Trafficking, Forced Labour, Decent Work for Domestic Workers, and Fair Recruitment as further described in Annex III Terms of Reference (TOR) of RFP 82/2019. Your Proposal must be received by the ILO no later than 22 April 2020, 16h00 (Doha time). Late bids shall be rejected. You are kindly requested to acknowledge receipt of this RFP and to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a Proposal. A non-mandatory bidders` conference is scheduled to take place online on Tuesday 7 April 2020 from 11:00 to 12:00 Doha time. The ILO will answer any questions a bidder may have with regards to the services, this Request for Proposal, and the contractual conditions. Minutes of the conference, inclusive of all questions raised during the conference and relevant answers provided by the ILO, will be shared with all bidders.Bidders who are interested in participating in this conference should register by using the ILO e-Tendering System`s (eTS) functionality "Correspondence" (Annex I-A), latest by Monday 6 April 2020 at 12:00pm Doha time.If for some reason the access to ILO eTS is not possible, please contact the ILO support service at pcrt@ilo.org.
