Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the design, construction and delivery to the Ordering Party of a municipal promotional zone intended for use at events organized, co-organized or supported by the City of Poznań, along with boxes of board games urban promotional zone POZna na szag.2) The Ordering Party requires a comprehensive arrangement of the urban promotional zone, the main element of which will be a large-format city board game POZna na szag (the rules of the game, pawn designs and the graphic design of the board are included in Annexes No. 2, 3 and 4 to the Template Agreement). The ordering party specifies the following general assumptions for the urban promotional zone: a) total area of ​​the urban promotional zone: 30-45 m2; b) the basis for arranging the urban promotional zone is the graphic design of the board, Appendix No. 4 to the Template agreement;c) the urban promotional zone as a whole, as well as all its elements, will be used both inside and outside buildings, including open spaces;d) modular urban promotional zone, i.e. a large-format city board game and the facilities and the relaxation zone are to constitute a whole and be coherent in terms of graphics, aesthetics and functionality...
