The subject of the order is the design and implementation of a band drainage system along with insulation of the external wall of the basement of the building of the District Office for Geodetic and Cartographic Documentation in Poznań, ul. Franowo 26, located on plot no. 2/17.W As part of the order, the Contractor is obliged to develop complete design documentation, including: 1) design of a band drainage system with water discharge to the existing storm sewage system, stormwater pumping station and the necessary technical infrastructure, 2) design of thermal and waterproof insulation of the external southern wall of the basement, 3) design of other works and technical solutions not listed above, but necessary for the proper implementation of the investment, and to ensure the proper functioning of the facility. The contractor is obliged to develop and obtain all documents required to complete the order, in particular: 1) necessary maps, 2) decisions, opinions, arrangements, approvals and administrative permits.
