Design and implementation of a new data collection and processing system for the Polish FSDN 1. The subject of the order is the service "Construction and implementation of a new data collection and processing system for the Polish FSDN". 2.The Polish FSDN carries out the tasks of the Act of 7 March 2025 on the EU Farm Sustainability Data Network (FSDN). The current legal basis for FADN in Poland was the Act of November 29, 2000 on the collection and use of accounting data of agricultural holdings. That Due to technological and IT changes, it is necessary to build a new system for collecting and processing FSDN data. IERiGŻ-PIB collects data from a representative sample of farms through agricultural advisory centers. A condition transfer of individual farm data to the FSDN database requires the farmer's consent. Data from the farm of a production, economic, environmental and social nature are collected using specially developed forms - tables collected in four FSDN Books and the Farm Income Survey form. Employees of agricultural advisory centers enter the above-mentioned data into the IT system. At IERiGŻ-PIB, data from agricultural farms are subject to control quality and processing.
