1. The subject of the order is the design and modernization of ul. Zboowa in Lublin and providing author's supervision. 2. The scope of the order includes the modernization of ul. Zboowa from ul. Skalica to the height of the Zboowa 4 property (length approx. 291 m) consisting of: corrective milling of the surface, height adjustment of the technical infrastructure, laying a wearing course of asphalt concrete on the entire section, laying an additional layer and a wearing course in the area of ​​the bus stop bay near the gardens plots, replacement of curbs, replacement of edges and replacement of the sidewalk surface with concrete paving stones and implementation of road markings in the scope of: 2.1. Preparation of design documentation based on the assumptions of the functional and utility program (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ).2.2. Execution of construction works in accordance with the design documentation approved by the Ordering Party, including the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, as well as in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and the principles and conditions of occupational health and safety.2.3.
