a) The subject of the order is construction work consisting in the design and implementation of lighting as part of the task: Construction of lighting at ul. Nad Drwin on the section from ul. Panki 72 towards ul. Mariana Domagay.b) The Ordering Party described the subject of the order using the following documents:1) Draft provisions of the contract (PPU) - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, 2) Functional and Utility Program (FFU) with annexes - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.c) The contractor is obliged to provide a quality guarantee for the subject of the contract for a minimum period of 48 months, for a maximum period of 60 months.
