Design and implementation of an ESG strategy for selected municipal companies Description: The subject of the order is professional consulting services with the aim of creating a tailor-made ESG strategy and a report on sustainability, which will enable the selected municipal companies not only to meet existing and future expectations in the field of sustainability and green economy, but also to demonstrate to clients, citizens of Bratislava, business partners or financial institutions how they can fulfill their mission in accordance with the most modern requirements and technologies for world. The successful applicant for the above-mentioned municipal companies in compliance with and in full the wording of the CSRD directive (Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2022/2464 of December 14, 2022, amending Regulation (EU) No. 537/2014, Directive 2004/109/EC, directive 2006/43/EC and directive 2013/34/EU with regard to the reporting of information on the sustainability of companies) and the ESRS European sustainability reporting standards (Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2772 of July 31, 2023, supplementing the European of the Parliament and of the Council 2013/34/EU regarding standards for reporting information on sustainability) prepare a pilot report on sustainability for the year 2024, and carry out all actions and activities necessary to successfully achieve the above-mentioned goal, including data collection or setting up the data collection process. The successful applicant will also prepare a sustainability report, including the EU Taxonomy, and at least a calculation of the carbon footprint of individual companies in Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 in accordance with the requirements of the CSRD directive for the first year publication for the year 2025.
