DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTHOR SUPERVISION FOR THE OBJECT: "SUSTAINABLE RENOVATION OF THE "ORLOWETS" SPORTS HALL BUILDING, GABROVO The building, the object of the intervention, is filled with an oval shape. In the middle of the building there is a hall for sports events and performances, with a capacity of 1, 920 seats. Around the hall is a part of four floors, which are an administrative part and changing rooms. There is a basement where changing rooms, toilets for visitors and premises for the building's installations are located. The general ones site features include: Number of floors - one underground and five above-ground (including the under-roof part with technical rooms) Areas identified during the survey: • Built-up area - 3, 734 sq. m • Expanded built-up area - 10, 412 sq. m Volumes: • Built-up volume total - 91, 000 cubic meters • Height - 19.31 m The building is powered and provided with electricity, plumbing, heating and ventilation system. The category of the building is second, letter "e", according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 2, letter "e" of ZUT. The current public procurement includes the performance of the following activities: I.
