These consultation regulations concern the carrying out of design studies and hydrosedimentary evaluation of compensatory measures dedicated to the re-creation of mudflats, as part of the EOLE project led by the Grand Port Maritime de Nantes Saint-Nazaire. The purpose of the service to be carried out is to: - Collect and analyze the available data concerning the 4 targeted sites; - Propose actions allowing water to invade the site at high tide and to drain at low tide while having a sufficiently gentle flow not to carry away the sediments deposited at high tide; - Carry out hydrosedimentary modeling in order to test the effectiveness of the actions proposed on the 4 sites regarding the re-creation of mudflats stable and sustainable over time over a 30-year horizon; - Detail the work to be carried out and quantify their cost for the sites ultimately selected following the results of the modeling; - Produce a report presenting the entire process and the results.
