Canadian Museum of History100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, QCRequest for Proposals (RFP) for DESIGN AND FABRICATION SERVICES FOR ARCTIC, A TEMPORARY ExHIBITION AT THE CANADIAN WAR MUSEUM (CWM)The Museum is seeking Proposals from potential firms who have managerial, technical and fabrication experience in designing and fabricating a temporary exhibition called "Arctic" in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This is a one-step two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest ranked Proponent who may then be invited to negotiate or to enter into a Contract with the Museum.The selected Proponent will be required to provide the necessary services for the development of design, prototyping, fabrication, and delivery of the experience components for Arctic based on the interpretive framework and other approach documents created by CWM and as set out in Section 3 Scope of Work and Deliverables.To be considered, Proposals must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERx ad through the MERx Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Proponents for all associated details.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP.
