The scope of the Contract is the Design and Execution of works related to the project "REHABILITATION AND MODERNIZATION OF NAVAL TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE IN PORTS OUTSIDE THE TEN-T NETWORK - PORT CORABIA", including all the rest of the necessary equipment, mobile machinery and containers, incbuilding all the temporary structures necessary for the development of the construction site, in accordance with the territorial development and construction conditions, the design and construction being based on the approved feasibility study.
The study resulted in the following main necessary worksto be carried out:
•hydraulic works
•road works
•appliance supply networks
•electrical networks
•domestic and rainwater sewage networks in port
•dredging to ensure mooring depths.
The term until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarificationri or additional information related to the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The Contracting Entity will respond to requests for clarifications on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers (cf. Art. 173, paragraph 1 of Lawea 99/2016).
