The scope of the Contract is the Design and Execution of works related to the project "ExTENSION OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE PORT OF CALAFAT (KM 795) AND SYSTEMATIZATION OF THE RAILWAY DEVICE OF THE PORT" - STAGE I, including all the rest of the necessary equipment, mobile machinery and containers, inincluding all the temporary structures necessary for the development of the construction site, in accordance with the territorial planning and construction conditions, the design and construction being based on the approved feasibility study.
The study resulted in the following main necessary worksre to be carried out:
•hydraulic works
•road works
•utilities at berths and roads-power supply with electricity and water
•fire installations and perimeter and area lighting
•dredging.
The term until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or informationadditional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The Contracting Entity will respond to requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers (cf. Art. 173, paragraph 1 of Law 99/2016).
