The subject of the Order is the design of i execution of works for the task titled: "Installation of the ERTMS/ETCS level 2 system on railway lines No. 133 and 134, section Sosnowiec Jęzor - Kraków Główny and railway line No. 91, section Kraków Główny - Podłęże" The basic scope includes the following: elements: 1) Design documentation, including: a) preliminary documentation, b) inventory, c) construction projects including author's supervision, d) obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, e) development of executive designs, f) development of as-built documentation, including as-built surveying documentation, g) other documentation specified in Volume III of the SWZ PFU, 2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the order on the basis developed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party of the design documentation referred to in the above-mentioned point 1, and all preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the Agreement and all activities required by law; 3) carrying out the subsystem conformity assessment process structural Control and Signaling Trackside at each stage (design, construction and final testing of the subsystem) and submission of the appropriate EC declarations of verification and EC verification certificates for the subsystems. 4) obtaining admission permit for the operation of the Control and Signaling structural subsystem - trackside device issued by the President of the Office of Rail Transport. 2.
