Title: Design and Implementation of the Modernization of Mełgiewska Street in Lublin on the Section from the Viaduct over Al. Tysiąclecia Towards Rondo Cybulskiego and Providing Author's Supervision.
1. The subject of the order is the design and modernization of Megiewska Street in Lublin on the section from the viaduct over al. Tysiclecia towards the Cybulski roundabout and providing author's supervision. 2. The scope of the order includes the modernization of Megiewska Street in Lublin on a section from the viaduct over al. Tysiclecia towards Rondo Cybulskiego - length 360.81 m, consisting of: corrective milling of the surface, laying a package of two layers of bituminous surface (more and wearing layer), replacement of curbs, reconstruction of horizontal markings, in the scope of: 2.1. Preparation of documentation design based on the assumptions of the functional and utility program (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ).2.2. Execution of construction works in accordance with the design documentation approved by the Ordering Party, including the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, as well as in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and health and safety rules and conditions.2.3. Exercising author's supervision over works performed on the basis of design documentation.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the planned scope of work, is included in the functional and utility program (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ).
