Design and execution of construction works for the task called: "Construction of a new technical facility in Gliwice" 1. The subject of the order is: Preparation of comprehensive (for Stage I and Stage II) design documentation (including: •detailed multi-discipline design concept; •demolition design and obtaining a decision authorizing the demolition of buildings; • construction design (understood as: plot or area development design, architectural and construction design, design technical) and obtaining a building permit decision; •execution design; •bills of quantities and investor cost estimates; •technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works; • as-built documentation; • operational documentation of the construction facility i devices; • siding operating regulations agreed with PKP PLK S.A.; •fire scenario - agreed with the local unit of the State Fire Service; •fire safety instructions; •roof snow removal instructions; Execution of construction works basic, including: •preparatory; •demolition; •security; • accompanying (necessary for the performance of basic works) • cleaning during the implementation of basic works, as well as after their completion. Under this order, The contractor is in particular obliged to obtain: power supply conditions, acceptance conditions, conditions for removing conflicts, all consents and arrangements required by law for the implementation and acceptance of the investment.
