Design and execution of construction works related to the investment titled: "Widening the section of the fairway on the approach to the sea port in Świnoujście" The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction works related to the investment titled: "Widening of the section of the waterway on the approach to the sea port in Świnoujście" (hereinafter also referred to as the "Investment"). A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Each contractor is obliged to submit the application before the submission deadline offers, deposit in the amount of: PLN 5, 000, 000.00 (say: five million zlotys 00/100). Proof of payment of the deposit must be submitted with the offer; The Ordering Party requests the Contractor to provide a security for proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total price gross offers. The security must be provided in full, regardless of the form of payment, no later than on the day of concluding the contract, but before signing it. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement on based on an employment relationship are specified in the template agreement (contract) constituting Appendix 2 to the SWZ.
