Tender Details

The subject of the order is the development of technical documentation for the construction of a city park on the premises of Primary School No. 1 in Ciechanów, taking into account elements of small architecture and land development, as well as the performance of construction works in the field of construction of a pedestrians and lighting. The scope of work necessary to complete the order is included in the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) constituting an annex to the SWZ. When designing the land development, the assumptions contained in the FUP should be taken into account. Determine the scope of the project includes: - preparation of complete design documentation, including obtaining the necessary agreements and decisions for the creation of the Flora Polonica City Park. The documentation should include the construction of the communication route, lighting, installation of small architecture and development of the area in accordance with some of the assumptions contained in the FUP, - execution of works related to the construction of a pedestrian route and lighting.
