The subject of the order is the design and execution (design and build mode) of construction works in an active public building for two passenger lifts, consisting of: 1. disassembly of two existing passenger lifts, factory no./UDT: WEO 08079 / UDT N3127016028 (left crane, western vertical), WEO 08080 / UDT N3127016218 (right crane, western vertical), 2. designing solutions (to the extent resulting from the PFU, inventory and arrangements), 3. preparation of complete design documentation necessary for the replacement of cranes, 4. delivery, assembly and commissioning of two new passenger lifts, adapted to the maximum possible extent to the needs of people with special needs, 5. performance of all construction, finishing, installation and accompanying works resulting from the documentation design, Functional and Utility Program (FFU), technical opinion, 6. obtaining the required agreements, derogations, permits and administrative decisions, including decisions of the Office of Technical Inspection authorizing cranes for operation, 7. providing as-built documentation and instructions and providing user training.8. ensuring the technical functionality of devices enabling their subsequent...
