The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction works regarding the modernization of the raw water intake from the Nysa Kłodzka River in Michałow, including: a) performance of construction works consisting in the modernization of the raw water intake in the town of Michałow: Task A - Modernization of the transformer station at the pumping station 2nd degree in the town of Michałow. Task B - Thermal modernization and modernization of the second stage pumping station in Michałow (taking into account the scope of work). Task D - Construction of an MV cable line and a fiber-optic line between the 2nd stage pumping station in Michałow and Jaz. Task F - Installation of the measurement probe under the bridge near the mouth of the lower Nysa Oława canal into the river Oławy. Task G - Construction of a flood gate fence. b) Task C - preparation of design documentation and execution of construction works for the reconstruction of the weir on the river. Nysa Kłodzka (with SSQ flow of 32 m3/s) in Michałow (excluding works described in point a), including: 1) reconstruction of the first stage pumping station along with replacement of pumps, reconstruction of pressure pipelines and renovation of the outlet dock structure, 2) renovation and reconstruction of a three-span weir, 3) construction of a shelter for a lifeboat. 4) construction and installation of an observation pole, 5) construction of a new station transformer station and liquidation of the old station and medium voltage switchgear, 6) construction of a retaining wall to support the embankment around the left abutment of the weir, 7) renovation of the shoreline insurance on upper...
