Tender Details

The subject of the order includes the preparation of design documentation together with the necessary arrangements and the performance of construction and assembly works based on it, consisting in the construction of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point for the residents of the Przykona commune, together with with the necessary equipment and infrastructure. The planned PSZOK will be located in the area belonging to the Przykonadziaka commune with geod. no. 71 obrb 0026 Wichertw. A detailed description of the subject of the order (scope of works) and the conditions for their implementation are specified in the Program Functional and Utility together with maps and land development concept, called technical documentation, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the PFU documentation and applicable legal regulations, construction practices, technical knowledge, concluded a contract with the Ordering Party, arrangements with the Ordering Party made during the implementation of the subject of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the order is also specified in the draft provisions of the contract, which will be introduced into the contract, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
