1. The public procurement procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender referred to in Art. 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act", in compliance with the principles set out therein and implementing acts issued on its basis. The Ordering Party does not provide for an electronic auction. 2. The proceedings are conducted in Polish. Subjective evidence and other documents or statements prepared in a foreign language are transferred wraz z tłumaczeniem na język polski. 3. The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction works within the meaning of the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law. The order is implemented as part of and for the needs of the following projects: 1) Adaptation of buildings post-industrial former forge and mechanical workshop for the exhibition and educational functions of the Silesian Museum in Katowice - under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, Measure 7.1. Culture and tourism infrastructure cultural (hereinafter: FEnIKS); 2) Adaptation of historic post-mining buildings for the needs of the Silesian Museum in Katowice - under the European Funds for Silesia Program 2021-2027, Measure FESL.10.09 Reuse of post-industrial areas, devastated, degraded for the development purposes of the region (hereinafter: FESL).
