Design and execution of construction works for implementation of the task titled: Repair of damaged acoustic screens, fascia and cornice on a bridge along the A4 motorway, km 2+381, right road, near Wrocaw The subject of the order is to be implemented in the "Design and Build" system and consists of the following: stages: a) development of design documentation, b) obtaining documents required by law, c) performance of construction works based on the developed design documentation. d) preparation and completion of an as-built report (commissioning report). The scope of works and services The following types of work are planned to be performed under the order: Repair of damaged acoustic screens, on the right road towards Wrocław, including: dismantling of damaged screens, dismantling of the supporting structure of screens/steel supports from damaged fastening in the roof of the facility, repair of cornices and the cap of the facility (right side of the facility), protection of the surface of the cornices with hydrophobizing coatings, replacement of the polyurethane-epoxy resin surface on the cap of the bridge (right side of the facility), installation of new columns steel supporting structure with anti-corrosion protection (zinc metallization, painting with a set of polyurethane-epoxy paints), installation of new anti-noise/noise screens (transparent screen), gluing anti-collision stickers on birds, s...
