Accordingly, we call on companies wishing to submit their bids for the above-mentioned tender to adhere to the following: 1. The tender must be valid for 90 days from the closing date. 2. The initial insurance is valid for 90 days from the closing date and is a financial guarantee (letter) issued by the bank in the name of the applicant company. To tender or certified check, we do not accept personal checks. Note that the initial financial guarantee must be attached to the technical file. 3. The local value is applied (the financial evaluation will be done in local value) based on the Ministry of Finance circular for the year 2025 AD. 4. Submitting bids using a two-envelope system (technical and financial) sealed with red wax and with the name and number of the tender written on it. 6.
