The scope of the order includes: 1) preparation of pre-design studies: a) geodetic studies, b) documentation geotechnical (if necessary) c) construction and installation inventory of the existing building to the extent necessary for the planned reconstruction d) technical expertise of the existing building to the extent necessary for the planned reconstruction, e) expert opinion technical report on the state of fire protection, f) conducting a natural inventory of the occurrence of protected animal species, including birds and bats (outside the breeding season).
