The municipality of Amersfoort plans to construct a new connecting road of approximately 3 kilometers, including an underpass at Zevenhuizerstraat and an adjustment to the A1 entrance and exit at Bunschoten. The road should form a high-quality connection between the Vathorst district and the N199 and the entrance and exit of the A1 highway and also serves to provide access to the new Bovenduist district.
