A task in the design and build system 1) The subject of the order is the design and construction of small lowland retention facilities (buildings damming and stabilizing water levels) in three locations in the Nowogard Forest District, in the "design and build" formula in accordance with Art. 103 section 4 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended).
