The subject of the order is the design and construction of the S19 expressway on the provincial border section. Podlaskie - Łosice - border of the province Lublin, episode implementation no. 1 border of the province Podlaskie - Łosice junction (without junction), located in the province. Mazowieckie, in the Łosice poviat in the communes of Sarnaki, Platerów and Łosice.
