Podlaskie - Łosice - border of the province Lublin, episode implementation no. 1 border of the province Podlaskie - Łosice junction (without junction) The subject of the order is the design and construction of the S19 expressway on the voivodeship border section Podlaskie - Łosice - border of the province Lublin, episode implementation no. 1 border of the province Podlaskie - Łosice junction (without junction), located in the province. Mazowieckie, in the Łosice poviat in the communes of Sarnaki, Platerów and Łosice. IN the scope of the order includes the performance of all design works and construction works necessary for the implementation and proper functioning of the expressway, including obtaining the required decisions, including: -construction of a dual carriageway class S road on the section implementation no. 1 from km 0+000 to km 17+263, - construction of a road junction, - construction of MOPs, - reconstruction of existing roads in terms of collisions with the expressway, - construction/reconstruction of roads other than expressways (including changing the route of existing roads, construction roads serving areas adjacent to the investment and restoring damaged road connections), - construction of engineering structures along the expressway and along roads and railway lines crossing the expressway, - strengthening the substrate soil to obtain appropriate conditions for the foundation of roads and engineering structures as well as the body of high embankments (e.g. near facilities) along with surface reinforcement of slopes, ...
