The subject of the order is the design and construction of the S19 expressway on the provincial border section. Podlaskie - Łosice - border of the province Lublin, episode implementation no. 2: "Łosice" junction (with junction) - voivodeship border. Lubelskie, located in the province of Masovian Voivodeship in Łosice County in the Łosice commune, Olszanka commune and Huszlew commune. The scope of the order includes the performance of all design works and construction works necessary for the implementation and proper operation of the expressway, along with obtaining the required decisions, including: - construction of a dual carriageway road class S on construction section No. 2 from km 17+263 to km 31+725, - construction of road junctions, - reconstruction of existing roads in the scope of collisions with the expressway, - construction/reconstruction of roads other than the expressway (including changing the route of existing roads, construction of roads servicing areas adjacent to the investment and restoring damaged road connections), - construction of engineering facilities along the expressway...
