Without limiting itself to the Works listed below, but in accordance with all other requirements specified in the FUP and resulting from applicable law, within the Accepted Contract Amount, the Contractor will in particular design and execute the following Robots: 1) construction of the S10 expressway, 2) construction of the road junction: "Ślesin", "Kruszyn/Sicienko" and reconstruction of slip roads of the existing junction: "Bydgoszcz Zachód", 3) construction of the Passenger Service Area (MOP): "Strzelewo Południe", "Strzelewo Północ", 4) reconstruction existing roads in terms of collision with the expressway, and in the case of national road No. 10, it must be reconstructed to a minimum technical class.
