Design and construction procurement of Kärdla kindergarten The object of the public procurement is the design of the Kärdla kindergarten and the execution of construction works in the scope and conditions specified in the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and in these procurement documents. Location: Nuutri tn 11, Kärdla city, Hiiumaa parish, Hiiu county, cadastral code 37101:005:0017. The goal of the project is to create an 8-group kindergarten that can accommodate up to 154 children and includes all the necessary support services and an outdoor area.
