1. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, through the Local Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million, Seven Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand, Eight Hundred Eighty-Seven Pesos and Twenty-Four Centavos (Php13, 794, 887.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Design and Construction of Pedestrian Footbridge with Roofing and Lightings along Visayas Avenue - infront of Maria Montessori School, Quezon City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Ten (210) calendar days.
