Design stage: a) Development of design documentation, including: - Land development design with the location of the facility, accompanying infrastructure, access to a public road, drainage, etc. - Architectural and construction design of the OLiOC warehouse in accordance with the requirements of construction, fire and sanitary regulations, as well as those related to the protection of people and critical infrastructure. - Industry projects: installation electrical installation, water and sewage installation, technical installation or alarm system, heating and/or mechanical ventilation. b) The Ordering Party will provide a map for design purposes at the stage of signing the contract; Obtaining all necessary decisions, permits and arrangements, including:- Decision on a construction permit or notification of construction works, - Technical conditions from network operators, - Opinions and arrangements. c) Preparation of an investor's cost estimate, bill of quantities and STWiORB for the purposes of cost control and acceptance of works.2.
