The internal area of Nagykálló is 850/1. construction of a new swimming pool on a HRS property, planning and execution. Design and construction of a newly built training center by adapting the licensed and construction plans of the TTT2 training center. During plan adaptation, plans must be prepared in such a way that they must comply with the local settlement planning, townscape and other legal regulations of the place of construction, as well as all site features that influence the architectural, supporting structure and other design and construction. THE The facility is a three-story building containing a 15 m x 25 m large pool with a water depth of 1.90 m and a 6 m x 10 m teaching pool with a water depth of 0.8 m. On the basement floor are the water engineering, on the ground floor there is a lobby, cash register, changing rooms, pools, toilets, storage rooms, mechanical rooms, the air-conditioning equipment is located in the attic. Built-in (useful) floor area of the planned new swimming pool: 1, 311.8 m2. The teaching pool is 60 m2, the swimming pool 375 m2. The total water surface is 435 m2. Design task: - Construction preparation of licensing plans for the swimming pool building, the road and parking lot, the park, and public utilities, - all kinds of licensing, consultation with specialized authorities and authorities and - preparation of construction plans for the swimming pool building, the park, the road and in terms of parking and utilities.
