Design and construction of the Międzybórz bypass along DK 25, approx. 8.45 km long The subject of the order is the design and construction of the Międzybórz bypass: the main expressway road, approximately 8.45 km long. The beginning of the project the bypass along national road No. 25 is located on the northern side of the city of Międzybórz, while the end is located on the southern border of the village of Oska Piła, at the connection of the existing national road No. 25 with the district road No. 1490D. The above episode it is a part of the road connection between Antonin and Oleśnica and is located in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in the Oleśnica poviat, in the Międzybórz commune. All necessary design studies must be completed and obtained on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party the necessary opinions and technical conditions, all arrangements, permits, permits, decisions and approvals necessary for the performance of the Contract in accordance with the Ordering Party's Requirements and the Contract Conditions, perform construction works and obtain on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party, decisions on occupancy permits for the entire scope of the investment.
