Design and construction of the Limanowa bypass along DK 28 The subject of the order concerns the development of design documentation and construction of the Limanowa bypass within route 28 - with a value exceeding EUR 20, 000, 000 The subject of the order includes: in particular: 1) design of the Limanowa bypass along national road No. 28, a new section of the road with a length of approximately 5.36 km, together with engineering structures and accompanying infrastructure, i.e. preparation of design documentation; 2)obtaining on behalf of and for for the benefit of the Ordering Party, all legally required opinions, arrangements, permits, approvals and decisions necessary to design and implement the investment; 3) construction of a new section of the national road as above. together with engineering and accompanying facilities infrastructure; 4) preparation of as-built documentation; 5) obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, a decision on permission to use a new section of the national road as above.
