The subject of the order concerns the development of design documentation and construction of the Limanowa bypass along road no. 28 - with a value exceeding EUR 20, 000, 000. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) design of the Limanowa bypass along national road No. 28, a new section of the road with a length of approx. 5.36 km along with engineering structures and accompanying infrastructure, i.e. development of design documentation; 2) obtaining, on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party, all legally required opinions, arrangements, permits, approvals and decisions necessary to design and implement the investment; 3) construction new section of the national road as above together with engineering facilities and accompanying infrastructure; 4) preparation of as-built documentation; 5) obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, a decision on permission to use a new section of the national road as above.
