The subject of the order concerns the development of design documentation and construction of the Limanowa bypass within route 28 - with a value exceeding EUR 20, 000, 000 The subject of the order includes in particular: 1)design of the Limanowa bypass along national road No. 28, a new road section with a length of approximately 5.36 km along with engineering structures and accompanying infrastructure, i.e. development of design documentation; 2) obtaining on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party all opinions, arrangements and permits required by law, permits and decisions necessary to design and implement the investment; 3) construction of a new section of the national road as above. together with engineering facilities and accompanying infrastructure; 4) preparation of as-built documentation; 5) obtaining, on behalf of Zamawiającego, decyzji o pozwoleniu na użytkowanie nowego odcinka drogi krajowej jw.
