FULL TITLE OF THE TASK: Design and construction of lighting panels in the Bytom Commune for the budget task called: 1) Construction of street lighting lamps in the Bytom Commune. 2) Construction of a lamp on Dolomitowa Street. NAME OF THE TASK FOR THE NEEDS PLACEMENTS ON THE PURCHASING PLATFORM:Design and construction of lighting poles in the Bytom Commune.2. The Ordering Party entrusts and the Contractor undertakes to: 1) develop design documentation and build street lighting lanterns in the commune Bytom in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program included in Annexes 3, 4 and 5 (design and construction scope);2) construction of a lighthouse on Dolomitowa Street in Bytom, in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program containing project documentation in Annex No. 1 and Appendix No. 2 (construction scope).3. The subject of the order was specified in detail in the following documents: 1) Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as: FFU), Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, 2) Draft provisions of the contract - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
