1. The subject of the order is the design and construction of a kindergarten building with a playground in Ujedec Wielki as part of the implementation of the task entitled: Construction of an educational building in the Trzebnica Commune, based on the Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ, constituting Annex No. 1 to this SWZ. The order will be implemented in the Design and Build formula.2. The scope of the order includes the development of complete design documentation along with obtaining all required approvals, including decisions about granting a construction permit and comprehensive execution of construction works related to the construction of a kindergarten building and the construction of a playground, based on the developed design documentation. After completing the construction works, the Contractor will be obliged to: obtaining an occupancy permit decision on behalf of the Ordering Party.3. The scope of the order excludes the supply of equipment described in point 3.3 of the PFU.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes the OPZ, including: a) Functional and Utility Program, hereinafter referred to as FFU, b) Detailing the Functional and Utility Program, c) Area Development Project for the mining investment, and the provisions in the 1st form of the contract constitute...
