Design and construction of an IT system for collecting and sharing data covered by the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register The subject of the order is the design and construction of an IT system for collection and sharing data covered by the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register, hereinafter referred to as the "PRTR System". The new system should allow the operators of the installation, the Inspectorate of Environmental Protection and the Inspectorate of Environmental Protection to report in accordance with the requirements of the regulation of the Parliament European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2024/1244 of 24 April 2024 on the transmission of environmental data from industrial installations, the establishment of a European Industrial Emissions Portal and repealing Regulation (EC) No 166/2006 (OJ L 1244, 2/05/2024, p. 1, as amended. amended), hereinafter referred to as "Regulation 2024/1244" and implementing acts to this regulation. The contractor is also responsible for designing and implementing solutions enabling data migration from the current system to the new system. Within PRTR System The Contractor will design and implement an external portal that will enable access to data on pollutant releases and transfers as well as waste transfers collected in the PRTR System. The system will enable external users to search and downloading data according to selected criteria that meet their needs.
