The subject of procurement is the design and construction of the GSM-R/FRMCS system on the railway lines managed by HŽ Infrastruktura d.o.o. in accordance with European norms and technical specifications for the interoperability of the trans-European conventional railway system and national recommendations and norms asand user requirements of the railway infrastructure manager and is in accordance with the National Railway Infrastructure Program.

The subject of procurement consists of 3 phases:

1. creation of the project, i.e. construction technical documentation,

2. construction of the Global Mobile Communications System for railway promet and

3. migration of the GSM-R network to the FRMCS network.
